Rent a budget timeshare and take the family to ski at famous Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Variously known as "Steamboat," "The Boat," or even "Ski Town, U.S.A." this northern Colorado town tucked in the Rockies is internationally known for its "Champagne Powder® snow."
There are no steamboats high in the mountains. The town was named by early settlers for the bubbling "steamboat" sound of a nearby spring. Today there are two hot springs where your family can have the exhilarating experience of soaking in steamy water while surrounded by snow. In town is the Old Town Hot Springs with multiple pools and two slides. A few miles out of town is the smaller but beautiful Strawberry Park Hot Springs that has two pools and natural rock features.
When you rent a timeshare at the Wyndham Vacation Resorts Steamboat Springs you'll be just minutes from the world-famous ski slopes (see photo). Timeshare rentals here start at just $128/night. The amenities include swimming pools, a game room and a sauna. The units are equipped with full kitchens, washer and dryers and gas fireplaces.
Timeshare rentals at the WorldMark Steamboat Springs Resort start at just $150/night to sleep six. The resort's amenities include, among other things, a Health Club, hot tubs, and a racquetball court. The units have kitchens with a dishwasher, in-room laundry facilities and gas fireplaces.
Besides the thrill of skiing in a world-famous ski area, be it downhill, cross-country, or boarding, Steamboat Springs offers many other winter activities. Go dog-sledding, ice fishing, and helicopter sightseeing. Try ice climbing, ice skating, and snow tubing. Go on a sleigh dinner ride or a photography tour. The opportunities to have a fantastic family winter vacation in Steamboat Springs timeshare are almost limitless!

Steamboat Springs is fabulous. Out of all of the ski resort areas in Colorado, this is the best.
Steamboat Springs is my favorite Colorado ski resort because it has a real settled feel to the town. It's been there awhile to get some real ambiance. Plus the skiing is the best.
I went with a bunch of friends to Steamboat and we rented a timeshare unit at the WorldMark resort. Best idea we ever had.
